This first seminar in the series will be lead by soprano, Tracy Cox.
Tracy will break down the physics of breath function for singing, and walk the group through breath exercises typical to her private voice instruction. This seminar is ideal both for singers wanting a better understanding of breath, and for anyone wanting to spend some focused time oxygenating with deep breathing. Deep breathing not only increases brain function and reduces anxiety — when we fully inflate and deflate our lungs as a focused practice, it also tangibly increases lung function and helps protect us from respiratory illness such as pneumonia!
